I have to admit it. I don’t know what else to do when I’m not being creative, traveling or both. I’m totally lost, otherwise. I have been truly blessed to be a full-time multimedia creative and that for the past 15 years I have been able to see the world with my own eyes and document the experience for others. Everytime I board a plane, train or boat, while visiting a different country, I think of my parents. My parents grew up during Jim Crow in rural South Carolina. They never really had the chance to see the world. Each time I am called on to produce an image, I try to imagine at Icommunicating whatever I am seeing, experiencing or designing, to them. And I’ve got only one frame to do it. That’s it. The whole story in one single frame. Most times, I’m actually shooting 24 or 30 frames per second. However, throught light and framing I’m hoping to get it all in efficiently and effectively as possible.
